This Agreement is an understanding between MoreThanOnePieceTCG, Branchlight Media LLC, and Genji Nakano and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.
Online Orders
All orders placed on our website are subject to changes based on product availability. Any orders placed containing “Pre-Order” items will be held until all of the items are available to ship. If an order is suspected of fraud an email inquiry will be sent out, if there is no response within the outlined timeframe the order will be canceled.
Music Memorabilia Guarantee
I guarantee that all music memorabilia items, with the exception of some signed items, are sourced directly from the artists website. If any item is not from the artists website, with the exclusion of signed items, will have some indication that the item was not from artists website. Therefore, all collectible clothing, jewelry, and collectible items are from the artists website.
Signed Item Guarantee
I guarantee authenticity of each signed item. I mostly get my items from the artists website, however, from time to time I do get items from third party sellars, which I take the time to verify each signature. If you purchase a signed item from me and you get it authenticated within one year, and if fails authentication, and you provide evidence that the same signed item that was authenticated was the same item bought on MoreThanOnePieceTCG.com, Branchlight Media LLC, then Branchlight Media LLC will provide a full refund and cost of the authentication.
Due to volatility of signed items Branchlight Media LLC, can only offer this additional stipulation within one year of purchase. Additionally, Branchlight Media LLC will attempt to obtain a replacement for the item and offer it to you at the original purchase price, so if the price goes up, Branchlight LLC will cover this cost, if the price goes dowm, it will be up to you to have Branchlight LLC obtain a replacement as Branchlight will not give you the difference. However, if you wish for Branchlight LLC to obtain your replacement, you will still have the authentication guarantee for this item for 1 from the date of the replacement. Unfortunately for items past one year, with the volatility of items, Branchlight LLC, will only provide a refund for the item and refund for the cost of the authentication. Therefore, it is advised that if you want your item authenticated, to get it within your first year of purchase!
I do not ship to Canada as of yet! If I am able to grow, then I will open up Canada in the future.
